    Project Brief: The client requires Quotes to be posted on their Social Media Accounts.

    Execution: I used royalty-free photos related to the message or the quotes. Not only that, I worked on Typography to really make all the images stand-out. Client was very happy with all the deliverables. This was a project made in Canva so the client can easily edit if needed.

    The Backstory:

    Newfoundland & Labrador is very much off the beaten path.

    There are no accidental tourists that will just happen upon it. People need to plan and choose to go. 

    So with a limited marketing budget, we wanted to focus on creating a campaign that is driven by a deep emotional motivation to experience new people, culture, and places. 

    My role in this project was the Graphic Designer for the full-campaign that our team has created.

    Skills For Change UI/UX

    The Backstory:

    Skills for change helps over 14,000 people a year and is known for pioneering programs that respond to shifting immigration and workplace trends and lead to employment.

    Offering a range of accelerated programs such as Professional Workshops, Settlement Counseling, Skills Training, Employment Preparation, Business Skills, Mentoring, Entrepreneurship Skills, Skilled Trades and Settlement services.

    However, the pandemic and other unpredictable changes in restrictions, including the lack of engagement and acceptance by the desired audience are the factors which may hinder
    in-person sessions and events.

    Target Audience

    New immigrants and refugees who have come to the GTA to create new life for themselves and their families.

    Conclusion:

    The concept of traditional education has changed radically within the last couple of years. Being physically present in a classroom setting isn’t the only learning option anymore.

    Nowadays, you can now have access to quality education & skills training whenever and wherever you want, as long as you can get online.

    The Online learning platform tears down common barriers and challenges that immigrants face such as transportation issues, language barrier and prejudice.

    More importantly, this also creates a safe space for immigrants to learn and acquire new skills online without leaving the comforts of their home.

    Adding this online learning platform on the Skills For Change website aligns with their vision where every immigrant succeeds.

    Not only will they benefit from learning with all the skills & workshops through the various programs that are being offered by Skills For Change but also provide them with an easy-to-use online learning platform where more opportunities can be made available for immigrants and refugees to access, embrace and fully participate in.

    For our MediaTech Class, we were tasked to redesign any existing website or app. So, together with my group,  we decided to work on redesigning the official City of Toronto TOwaste app.

    Airline Ad Series

    STORY: Emirates is the largest airline and one of two flag carriers of the United Arab Emirates. The fleet of the company has 230 planes. Emirates operates over 3,000 flights every week across its network of over 161 destinations in 85 countries across six continents from its hub in Dubai as of March 2021. I chose to create a campaign for EMIRATES airline highlighting the number of destinations that you can fly to from your point of origin and find inspiration for your next trip.

    CAMPAIGN: “Choose Your Own Adventure”

    What is an Adventure? It’s going out of your comfort zone to open yourself up to the experiences and beauty that life gives you.

    With so many destinations that Emirates fly to some of them are not popular tourist destinations. This campaign aims at making you feel excited not only about travelling but also about stepping out of your comfort zone by doing something that you normally wouldn’t do. Adventure is about trying out new experiences and pursuing whatever you want out of life relentlessly and passionately.

    EXECUTION:  

    The OOH ads will highlight popular and beautiful destinations inspiring you to travel and book an Emirates flight. Whilst, the Interactive Ad Display will allow people to Tap anywhere on the Globe Display and inspire them to Choose and get to know snippets from the place they want to visit. As for Print Ads, they will strategically be placed alongside an Article Feature of a Travel Destination that Emirates flies to.



    The Interactive Ad Display will allow people to Tap anywhere on the Globe and inspire people to Choose their own Adventure from the hundreds of Destinations that Emirates fly to.
